My wife has also written a review of the excellent partnership we had with Connie Colla and her group when we recently sold our Scottsdale home. We had raised our kids there so it was a very sentimental situation obviously. Connie and Jeff Hernandez meet with us several times to review comps in the area but more importantly point out the similarities and differences between our home and those, pointing out both the positives about our home but also being very honest about some negatives (primarily that the southwestern style with which our home was built and furnished was no longer the "in" or desired look in this day of HGTV makeovers. They didn't tell us that we needed to change anything at the beginning of the process, but when the feedback was coming back from the showings, we realized that what they had told us at the beginning was completely correct. We understood then that we needed to make some updates and changes to the home. Connie and Jeff made some excellent suggestions for improvements. They gave us some contacts they trusted whom all turned out to be excellent. Going above and beyond what a regular agent would do, they both made multiple trips to our home to meet and let in the workers, painters, movers as we live on the east coast now and could not travel back to do this in person. Connie, by herself, packed up an entire, large kitchen pantry and moved it into our garage so it could be painted on short notice. Everything went smoothly and on time ( it doesn't always, we have found in the past) with the sale, titling, and closing despite the buyer wanting a fairly short closing timeline. Through the whole process we felt Connie Colla "had this", every aspect and detail. And we think she is the best real estate agent in the Valley. You will love working with her and her team.
